Terms

The short version, because there's no account and nothing to sign:

Your content is yours

mdstudio doesn't claim any ownership over what you write. Since nothing is ever uploaded to a server, there's nothing for anyone else to claim either.

Provided as-is

mdstudio is provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind. Use it for whatever you like, but back up anything important — browser storage can be cleared, and local files can be moved or deleted outside the app's control.

Fair use

Don't use mdstudio to do anything illegal, and don't try to abuse or attack the service it's hosted on.

Changes

These terms may change as the project evolves. Continuing to use mdstudio after a change means you accept the current version.
